  1. How can I place an order?
    Simply browse our collections, select your desired items, and proceed to checkout. You can complete your purchase using a secure payment method.

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.
  3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2-4 hours of placing them. After this period, we begin processing your order and changes may not be possible.

    Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL Express or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • UAE Orders: 5-7 working days
  • International Orders: 10 -14 business days

    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Sale and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we provide store credit for eligible returns, which can be used to reorder the same or a different item.
  3. How long does it take to process a return?
    Once we receive your return, please allow 10-14 business days for processing.

    Refunds are only issued for sold-out items that haven’t been processed or shipped. All other returns will receive store credit.
