- How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your desired items, and proceed to checkout. You can complete your purchase using a secure payment method. - What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. - Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2-4 hours of placing them. After this period, we begin processing your order and changes may not be possible.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL Express or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. - How long does shipping take?
- UAE Orders: 5-7 working days
- International Orders: 10 -14 business days

- What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Sale and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. - Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we provide store credit for eligible returns, which can be used to reorder the same or a different item. - How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, please allow 10-14 business days for processing. - Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued for sold-out items that haven’t been processed or shipped. All other returns will receive store credit.
