Must have a JD, LLM, or foreign equiv. & 3 yrs. exp. as a Tax Attorney. Of exp. req. must also have 3 yrs. exp. (i) analyzing corporate tax considerations for cross-border transactions for fortune 500 companies within Eastern Europe & the U.S.; & (ii) advising on cross-border Eastern European & U.S. corporate transactions & transfer pricing issues on behalf of fortune 500 companies.
