We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Barber Instructor to guide, inspire, and teach students both in the classroom and on the clinic floor. Job Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate students through hands-on teaching and coaching, following an approved curriculum.
Prepare students to confidently pass their State Board exam while ensuring compliance with all State Board regulations.
Participate in administrative tasks such as attending faculty meetings, accurately tracking grades and attendance, and providing support and counseling to students as needed.

Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
Current Barber license as required by the state.
A valid Instructor license.
3-5 years of experience in the Barber industry.
Previous teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Hours & Availability
Available positions for both day and evening shifts, with a flexible work-from-home/remote schedule for certain tasks.
