About Multifamily MEP, Inc.
We're not your typical MEP contractor. Multifamily MEP, Inc. is a vertically integrated platform purpose-built for the multifamily construction industry, combining in-house engineering, preconstruction, execution, and service across all MEP trades—mechanical, electrical (including low voltage), plumbing, and fire sprinkler.
What sets us apart? We're building the nation's most talent-forward MEP firm—fusing high-performance culture, ownership-based incentives, and deep industry expertise to recruit, develop, and retain the next generation of construction professionals. With 11 offices projected and $1B+ in multifamily construction volume over the next five years, we need people strategies as bold and scalable as our business plan.
That's where you come in.
The Role
As Director of Human Resources, you will lead all facets of HR strategy and execution across our fast-growing national footprint. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with our leadership team—including the COO, VP of Engineering, and office-level Project Managers—you'll help architect and scale a people platform that supports our mission: building the most aligned, empowered, and future-ready workforce in the MEP industry.
You'll own everything from org design and recruiting infrastructure to performance management, employee relations, equity and profit-sharing programs, and HR technology systems.
