Summary

The Enrollment Recruitment Specialist oversees recruitment events and needs for the recruitment of children for our Head Start and Childcare programs.

Hours: 20 hours/week
Status: Full Year
Location: Red Arrow
Pay: $21.62 an hour

Duties

This person implements strategies that build on the agency's strengths and partnerships with existing community organizations. This position will work collaboratively with the enrollment department, family services department and management staff to aid in coordinating, setting up and attending recruitment events for the agency.

Requirements

Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
• Bilingual Spanish speaking required
• Demonstrated capability and success in development and execution of outreach strategies.
• Ability to work closely with community partners.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, can-do attitude and will to succeed.
• Ability to follow instructions and desire to learn new skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, quality and follow-through.
• Adaptability and flexibility with required changes.
• Professional demeanor and dedication to delivering top notch customer service.
• Experience with record-keeping and organization of data..
• Working knowledge of event planning tools.
• Flexible work schedule; possible evening and occasional weekend events as needed; rotating these events with other staff if applicable
• Have a valid Wisconsin Driver's License, proper insurance

About Us

Reach Dane provides high-quality early childhood services to over 1,000 underserved children ages 0-5 in Dane County through center based and home visitation programs. Our staff work tirelessly every day to reach the most vulnerable children and families in our community, and the need for our services is growing. The number of infants and toddlers experiencing homelessness enrolled in our programs has tripled over the last four years. Last year, Reach Dane served more homeless children than any other Head Start program in Wisconsin.
