ERP Business Analyst – Order-to-Cash

LaSalle Network is hiring an ERP Business Analyst – Order-to-Cash to join a dynamic, fast-paced organization undergoing major digital transformation. In this high-impact role, you’ll work side by side with IT and business stakeholders to design scalable, efficient ERP solutions that power the full OTC lifecycle. We’re looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, lead from the front, and help set the standard for what “great” looks like in ERP delivery.

ERP Business Analyst – OTC Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, test, and support enterprise applications focused on the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process
• Translate business needs into scalable technical specifications in collaboration with stakeholders
• Provide functional leadership in order management, pricing, billing, collections, and rebates
• Lead documentation of current-state processes and recommend improvements
• Support SAP ECC 6.0 while contributing to future ERP transformation initiatives
• Define and enforce SAP architecture standards and best practices
• Design system integrations with external platforms
• Deliver end-user training and promote adoption of system best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing

ERP Business Analyst – OTC Requirements:

• 5+ years supporting OTC processes within an ERP environment
• Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise solutions
• Background in transportation or retail management preferred
• Client-facing consulting experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of master data integration and governance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IS, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Ability to travel up to 25% (more as needed)
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus
