St Vincent Catholic Church, Dutzow a Catholic elementary school rooted in Gospel values, is seeking a responsible, nurturing, and organized After School Program Supervisor to lead and manage the daily operations of the after-school care program. The supervisor ensures a safe, structured, and faith-filled environment where students can complete homework, engage in activities, and interact positively with their peers.
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students enrolled in the after-school program.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and enrichment opportunities.
Maintain a calm, respectful, and orderly environment aligned with Catholic values.
Oversee snack time, indoor/outdoor play, homework time, and transition periods.
Monitor attendance, sign-in/sign-out procedures, and student behavior.
Communicate with parents, teachers, and school administration as needed.
Provide first aid or address minor student needs; report incidents to the school office and parents as appropriate.
Maintain a clean and organized space at the end of each day.
Supervise and support assistant staff or volunteers assigned to the program.
Model Christian values and maintain a positive example for students in speech and behavior.
Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Practicing Christian who supports the mission of Catholic education
Completion of Safe Environment Training and background check (per diocesan policy)
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
