Reports To: Elementary Principal
About Us:
Lenawee Christian Ministries provides a Christ-centered education, spiritual development, and social services to the Lenawee County community, centered around Jesus Christ.
Position Summary:
This person will work to ensure the proper care and safety needed for the children within their care. This person will need to have a warm and welcoming personality as well as have a general interest in children and their individual needs. This person will need to be creative and willing to have fun with children.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the safety of children through consistent supervision
Communicating with parents
Creating fun activities for school age children (K – 4)
Work Monday through Friday 3:00pm-6:00pm
Qualifications:
Christian Faith:
Profess and demonstrate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Adherence to Christian principles and values in both personal and professional life.
Must be willing to get fingerprinted.
Must be able to get a TB skin test with a negative test result.
Be willing to obtain/maintain current CPR/First Aid certification.
Must be 18 years old.
Must be able to relate well to both children and parents.
Must have good communication skills.
