Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce high-quality parts.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document production processes and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manual Machine Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
