Part Time Hotel Front Desk Agent Location King George, VA :

We are actively looking for a Part Time Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team.

We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days per year including weekends and holidays.

This position will be two overnight 8 to 10 hour shifts anf two evening shifts per week, but other shifts may be available and can be a combination of mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Checking guests in/out
• Posting charges, accepting payments
• Making reservations
• Assisting guests on local area
• Assisting guests with anything they may need during their stay
• Maintaining a good working relationship with all departments
• Settling credit cards
• Checking for any errors, documenting and correcting
• Superior customer service skills are a must
• Must be detail-oriented
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Self-motivated
• Honest and reliable
• Outgoing attitude and personality
• Must be willing to do the right thing, all the time
