**Hiring Overnight Production Operators - Rotating Schedule!** **Location:** Evansville, WY **Schedule:** 12-hour shifts 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 2-2-3 schedule **About the Role** We are seeking **Production Operators** to join our overnight production team. In this role, you'll ensure that products meet customer specifications and maintain high-quality standards throughout the process. You'll work with basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to cut conduit, wrap products neatly on reels, and verify packaging and labeling before final inspection. **Key Responsibilities** + Use standard tools and measuring devices to ensure product quality. + Wrap finished products evenly and neatly around reels. + Operate basic hand and power tools to cut conduit. + Inspect packaging and labeling for accuracy before final checks. **Qualifications** + **Essential Skills:** + Mechanical aptitude and production experience. + Minimum 6 months in a manufacturing or production environment. + Familiarity with machine operation, packaging, and basic hand tools. + **Additional Skills:** + Comfortable working around machinery in a fast-paced environment. **Why Join Us?** + Annual wage increases and quarterly attendance bonuses + Paid time off accrual + **Growth Opportunities:** Advance into roles such as Line Stream Operator (plastic melting operations). **Work Environment** + 12-hour shifts (7pm - 7am) on a 2-2-3 schedule + Enjoy a three-day weekend every other week + Alternating weeks of 48 and 36 hours + Contract through next year with potential for permanent conversion after 6 months **Ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career?
