Our Wrightstown Truss Plant is one of the most advanced in the industry, and we’re looking for a Production Scheduler to help us keep it running like a well-oiled (and laser-cut) machine. ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Production Scheduler at our Robotic Truss Plant, you'll be the link between design, production, and delivery — ensuring our schedules run efficiently and that we hit our deadlines without compromising quality.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and update the daily truss production schedule — adjusting in real-time as needed
• Coordinate across departments: Design, Production, Logistics, and Delivery
• Communicate clearly and consistently with Component Specialists, Sales Team, and Delivery Coordinators
• Ensure materials, labor, and machine time are all aligned to meet production goals
• Attend daily scheduling huddles and follow up on action items
• Help troubleshoot production delays or scheduling conflicts
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules proactively to keep everything on track
• Schedule repairs, rebuilds, or remakes when needed
• Work in systems like MiTek, BizTrack, and other scheduling tools (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
• Bring ideas for how we can be more efficient, more accurate, and more awesome
  

WHAT YOU BRING

We don’t expect perfection — just the right mindset. That said, here’s what would make you a great fit:

• Experience in manufacturing scheduling, logistics, or production coordination
• Familiarity with component manufacturing or truss systems is a big plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A calm, solution-focused approach under pressure
• You enjoy working with teams and systems to solve puzzles and improve flow
• You’ve worked in fast-paced environments with lots of moving parts (literally)
• You’re comfortable learning new software and tools
• You understand the importance of safety, quality, and timelines in production
