**Real Estate Legal Coordinator** Location **Pasadena, CA** Job Function **Legal** Employment Status **Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt** Apply Now ( **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Work closely with legal department personnel, regional business personnel, and outside counsel to manage legal, due diligence and closing aspects of acquisition, sale, joint venture, and secured loan transactions, including any or all of the following: o Schedule and lead due diligence calls and transaction status callso Manage, track and ensure completion of all transaction steps by all involved parties, including regional personnel, outside counsel, senior management, tax and finance groupso Supervise due diligence document collection, circulation and reviewo Organize, index and post due diligence materials for transactionso Coordinate engagement of 3rd party vendors for due diligenceo Review, approve and handle disposition of transaction documents, including completing audit checklists and obtaining and archiving all required approvalso Coordinate title and survey order and reviewo Manage closing process with internal accounting department, escrow company and outside counsel + Assist with ensuring compliance with internal control procedures relating to the foregoing and become the primary contact for such compliance + Prepare closing binders + Participate in general administrative tasks, support to the legal department, and a variety of special projects, as assigned **Qualifications and Experience:** + Bachelor's degree required + At least 3 years of relevant experience required + Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to interact with all levels including, but not limited to senior management and legal counsel + Possess excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work closely with other team members + Stellar organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential + Project management experience a plus + Strong technical acumen and an enthusiasm for learning new proprietary systems is highly desirableThe expected base hourly wage range for this position is $40.87 to $45.68 USD hourly, plus annual discretionary bonus. This hourly wage range is an estimate, and the actual hourly wage may vary based on the consideration of many factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the individual's knowledge, experience, education, qualifications, skills, job location, and the Company's compensation practices.
