RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 1 Work closely with the Technical Documentation Manager to provide accurate, concise content for use by technicians, end users and internal system. 2 Ensure that documentation is kept accurate and up-to-date. 3 Work from resource material from engineers, service personnel and 3rd parties to provide high-quality text content for User Manuals, Service Manuals, Spare Parts Manuals, Care Instructions, etc. in English. 4 You will report to Technical Documentation Team Leader/Manager and interact closely with Services Manager and other staff. 5 Job often requires working on your own and foreseeing solutions to potential future problems. 6 Job requires being detail oriented and thorough in completing work tasks. 7 The position involves close and frequent contact internally and externally with technical, service and engineering staff, as well as outside vendors. Occasional travel to other company locations globally may be possible.
