Under direct supervision, assists in the design, configuration, and development of TRIRIGA IWMS applications. Interprets functional designs, performs configuration, supports custom development, and contributes to system performance improvements. Provides technical support and mentoring to junior team members. Participates in integration, data migration, and testing activities. Applies foundational knowledge of TRIRIGA modules, architecture, and IWMS best practices to deliver quality solutions aligned with NGB requirements. **Required technical and professional expertise** · Minimum of 3 years of experience · BS degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field · <5 years experience in application development · 1-3 years experience in TRIRIGA implementation projects · 1-3 years experience configuring workflows, forms, and reports in TRIRIGA · 1-3 years experience with Java, JavaScript, and HTML for TRIRIGA customizations · 1-3 years experience supporting data migration and integration efforts **Preferred technical and professional experience** · Experience with TRIRIGA cloud-based or cloud-native deployments · Experience with IWMS platforms or facilities management software · Experience reviewing code and applying TRIRIGA development best practices · Experience configuring TRIRIGA data models and custom data structures · Experience identifying and resolving performance issues in TRIRIGA Experience supporting Federal clients IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
