Responsibilities

Supervise daily labor operations and ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently.
Manage and schedule labor staff, assigning tasks based on skill sets and project requirements.
Monitor productivity and quality of work, providing feedback and support to team members.
Conduct regular training sessions to promote safety awareness and skill development.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate labor needs and support project goals.
Maintain accurate records of labor hours, productivity, and project progress.
Address any employee concerns or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Must have 3-5yrs exp.
Must have SAP exp.
Must have HighJump Exp. (shipping software)
Bilingual Spanish a must
Leading a group of 18 associates
Monday- Friday
Overtime – must be flexible
