We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or incorrect.


2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@osalucouture.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number if applicable.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary based on your financial institution.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you in arranging the exchange, subject to availability.


6. Non-Returnable Items
