We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data across various systems and platforms. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, fast typing skills, and a high degree of accuracy. The ideal candidate will support the administrative and operational functions of the company by ensuring that all data is entered, updated, and maintained efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain accurate data in internal databases and systems
  

• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any discrepancies
  

• Organize and file digital and physical documents as needed
  

• Communicate with other departments to gather necessary data and clarify information
  

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  

• Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
  

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
  

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 WPM preferred)
  

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
